How the crew runs Dayton.

Dayton is ten minutes east of the Lafayette yard along US 52, and it's quietly become one of our steadiest markets as the new subdivisions have filled in. New-build fencing has its own rhythm: builders leave lots bare, everyone on the street fences within the same two-year window, and the neighbors' choices set the visual tone. We do a lot of coordinated back-to-back installs here — two or three adjacent homeowners fencing at once, sharing line posts where the survey allows, which trims cost for everyone involved. The flat terrain and clean loam-over-clay make Dayton one of the more straightforward digs in the county, and the county-code permitting (fences over 6 feet) rarely comes into play for standard 6-foot privacy. The one wrinkle to check early: several of the newer developments carry HOA covenants, and the rules were often written before the first fence went up — we pull the covenant language and confirm material and height before ordering, because 'the neighbor's fence looks like mine' is not the same thing as approved. Dog containment and privacy are the two jobs we build most in Dayton, usually 6-foot wood privacy or vinyl. Being this close to home base, site visits are same-week almost year-round.
