Fence maintenance membership

The Fence Care Plan.
Dave comes back every spring.

A fence doesn't fail all at once. It fails one hinge, one leaning post, one skipped stain year at a time — and nobody notices until the gate won't latch. The Care Plan is Dave walking your fence once a year, on purpose, before any of that gets expensive. Every dollar you pay counts double toward the work.

Renews yearly through Stripe · Cancel any time · Dave does the walk himself. Probably.

The price, both ways

$360 a year. Or $180 if you leave a review.

Same plan, same walk, same credit. The only difference is whether you tell Google what the first walk was like. We'd rather have the review.

The review price

$180/yr

You leave Dave a Google review after the first walk. Say what actually happened — we're not scripting it.

$360 of repair or stain credit a year

No review

$360/yr

Same walk, same gate tune, same storm priority. You just keep your opinions to yourself, which is also allowed.

$720 of repair or stain credit a year

Credit is spent on repair and staining work we do on your fence. It isn't cash and it doesn't refund. It rolls over, and it shows on every quote.

What you get

Six things, every year.

01

Annual spring fence walk

Every post, rail, and board. Dave walks the whole line once the ground thaws, before the small stuff turns into the expensive stuff.

02

Gate tune-up

Hinges, latch, self-closer, hardware tightened. Gates are where fences fail first; this is the visit that keeps yours swinging.

03

Post plumb check

Leaners get flagged before they fall. A post at three degrees is a fix; a post at thirty is a section.

04

Stain & seal reminder

Timed to your wood, not a calendar. Cedar and treated pine want stain every 2–3 years; we tell you which year is yours.

05

Storm-damage priority

When a storm takes out half of Tippecanoe County, members go to the front of the repair run. Everyone else waits behind you.

06

$2 of credit for every $1

Every dollar you pay in becomes two dollars of credit toward repair or stain work we do. It shows on every quote. It isn't cash — it's fence.

The credit, explained

Every dollar in is two dollars of fence.

This is the part people re-read. You pay $180 a year; your account shows $360 of credit. It rolls over. When the fence needs stain in year three, or a gate rebuilt after a storm, that credit comes off the top of the quote before you pay a cent.

Why would we do that? Because a fence that gets walked every spring and stained on schedule is a fence we never have to replace, and a customer who already has credit on the books doesn't call three other outfits for bids. Everybody's math works.

Worked example · review price

Year 1
$180 paid → $360 credit
Year 2
$360 paid → $720 credit
Year 3
$540 paid → $1,080 credit

Year 3 is about when a cedar fence wants its stain. A 150-foot privacy fence stains for roughly $840 both sides; $1,080 of that is already paid for. Your yard may vary. It always does.

How it works

Three steps, then it's spring.

Sign up below.

Name, phone, address, and whether you're taking the review price. Payment runs through Stripe — the same secure checkout as the rest of our paperwork. Two minutes, no phone tag.

02
Dave texts to book the first walk.

Within a day. He walks the line, tunes the gates, tightens what's loose, and leaves you a straight list of what — if anything — needs doing and what it'd cost with your credit applied.

03
Every spring after that.

The plan renews once a year, the walk comes around when the ground thaws, and the credit keeps stacking. Storm hits in between? You're at the front of the run. Cancel whenever you like.

Dave's straight story

What this plan isn't.

"It's not insurance. It's not a warranty. It's me showing up once a year to look at your fence the way I looked at it the day I built it, tightening what's loose, and telling you the truth about what's coming. The credit is there because I'd rather you fix the fence than replace it. The review is there because I'd rather earn the next customer than buy one."

✓No fine print on the walk.Every post, rail, board, hinge, and latch. If it's on the fence, it gets looked at.
✓Credit is credit, not cash.It pays for repair and stain work we do. It doesn't pay out, and we say so up front.
✓Cancel like an adult.Once a year, through Stripe, no phone call required. Nobody's going to ask why.

Care Plan questions

The Care Plan, answered straight.

The review, the credit, the radius, and whether Dave actually shows up.

No. The plan is $360 a year without one. The $180 price is for people who tell us they'll leave Dave a Google review after the first walk — same plan, same walk, same credit, half the price. We'd rather have the review. Say what actually happened; we're not scripting it.

Ready?

Fence needs work right now?

A walk in the spring doesn't fix a gate that's dragging today. The repair and staining pages price that from photos — and if you join the plan first, the credit applies.
