Rear yard fencing is required on all lots and shall be approximately 6' in height as measured from adjacent ground level. Fencing between dwelling units and facing the street must be stuccoed and painted, stained, or integral colored consistent with subdivision; unfinished block permitted between dwelling units not facing/public right‑of‑way. Chain link, wood slat, wood picket, and free‑standing on property line fences are not permitted. Garden walls permitted to a maximum height of 48" and must match architectural finish.
