The process

How Watson Farms approval actually works.

Five steps — and the paperwork-heavy first three are on us.

  1. 1
Pull the covenants We do this for you
We check your HOA's actual fence rules first — height caps, materials, colors.
  2. 2
Site sketch + spec sheet We do this for you
Plot map with the fence line marked, plus the material/height/style page boards want to see.
  3. 3
ARC packet submitted We do this for you
Filed in your HOA's preferred format — you get copies of everything.
  4. 4
    Board review — 1 to 3 weeks
Bigger neighborhoods meet monthly; complete packets usually approve on the first pass.
  5. 5
    Approved — posts go in
Your install slot is held during review, so approval doesn't cost you the season.
