The recorded CC&R document for Liberty Creek Association, Inc. is for Marion County, Indiana and is linked from the Liberty Creek South HOA website's documents page. The document and later agreement identify Liberty Creek Association, Inc. as Liberty Creek South. Fence-specific restrictions are limited: Article IX §5 states that, except in an individual patio area appurtenant to a dwelling unit, no planting or gardening may be done and no fences, hedges, walls, or other improvements may be erected or maintained except those installed with the initial construction of the buildings or as approved by the Association's Board of Directors or its designated representatives. The same section also restricts use of property outside exterior building lines, patio areas, and individual parking areas except as allowed by the Board. I did not find substantiated fence height, material, color, setback, post-cap, or approval-timing standards in the authoritative documents searched. I found Meridian Management Corp. identified as the management company in a CTIC HOA contact list, but did not find a separate Meridian client page with fence rules.
