Required before install. Typical turnaround: 60 days.
No fence may be erected without prior written approval of material, location, and height; only fences to enclose inground swimming pools, protect yard plantings in winter (Oct 15–Apr 15), or protect new landscape plantings for up to six months are permitted, per Deed Restrictions and Board Resolution.
