Any fence must be approved by the DCC as to size, location, height and composition; fences shall not be located any closer to the front of the home than the rear foundation line; fences up to 4 feet generally allowed, but 6-foot fences around small patio or side yard areas permitted; DCC discourages full backyard fencing; non-professionally installed fences must be inspected and receive final approval.
