Bloomfield Lakes Estates, Section III is identified in the recorded document as a subdivision in Marion County, Indiana. The covenants state that no fences may be erected between the building lines and the property lines of the streets as shown on the plat unless approved by the Developers Committee or successors/assigns; approved fences in that area may not exceed 42 inches in height and must be decorative in nature. The covenants also prohibit any fence, wall, hedge, shrub planting, or other object that obstructs sight lines between 2 and 6 feet above street level within corner-lot sight triangles: within the triangular area formed by street property lines and a line connecting points 25 feet from the intersection of the street lines, or from the intersection of the street lines extended for rounded corners. Separately, the document provides that if the Developers Committee fails to act on submitted plans within 15 days, the owner may proceed as if approval had been obtained.
