Required before install. Typical turnaround: 30 days.
Augusta Green is confirmed as a subdivision in Marion County, Indiana, with Augusta Green Homeowners Association, Inc. Fences require prior architectural approval: no fence, wall, outbuilding, mailbox, satellite dish or other structure may be erected, maintained, changed or altered until plans/specifications showing nature, kind, shape, height, materials, color and location are submitted to and approved in writing by the Declarant during the development period and thereafter by the Board or Architectural Committee. If written approval is not received within 30 days after complete plans/specifications are submitted, approval is deemed granted. Front-yard restriction: no fence is permitted between the front setback line and the street curb. Sight-line restriction: no fence, wall, hedge or shrub planting may obstruct sight lines between 2 and 9 feet above the street within the specified corner-lot triangular sight area. Drainage easements: no permanent structures are allowed except fences that do not retard or impede drainage-water flow and that are approved under Section 6.2. Landscape/screening/sign easements: no hedges, walls, fences, structures or other improvements may be erected or maintained except by the Declarant during the development period and thereafter by the Association. Outside lot use: except for an individual patio appurtenant to a dwelling unit, no fences, hedges, walls or other improvements may be erected or maintained unless installed as part of the initial construction or approved by the Board. The recorded CC&Rs do not state specific allowed/disallowed fence materials, colors, side/rear-yard maximum heights, setbacks in inches, or post-cap rules.
